About Me!

Hiii, little angel! First of all, I want to thank you for visiting my blog. I hope you can find something you like and that it keeps you entertained!

I created this blog because I wanted to have a little space that truly felt like mine, a place where I could express my thoughts, share the things I love, talk about my interests, keep memories, and show different parts of my personality without feeling like I have to change or hide anything.

1. Eybril? April? Abril?

I've had trouble with my first name my entire life , My parents were actually supposed to name me April, but when I was born, the person in charge of registering my birth didn't understand my name correctly. So, she basically wrote down what she thought she heard, and my official name ended up being Eybril.

I don't mind if you want to call me April, Abril o Eybril I actually think it's pretty funny that people have so many different ways to call me hahaha! , But if you'd like, you can also use my nickname, which is Bri.

2. Pura Vida

I'm from Costa Rica , a small country in Central America, and I was born in the province of Alajuela.

Honestly, I'm very proud to be tica , I love my country, with its beautiful beaches and gorgeous sunsets , Honestly, even if it sounds exaggerated, I was born in paradise surrounded by a beautiful culture and traditions, and I couldn't be more grateful for that.

I'll most likely create a blog post about my country because I'd really love to share its culture, traditions, customs, food, and nature with you all..

3. God and Me

I was born and raised in a Catholic family , but we weren't practicing Catholics, God was always present in my life. I went through the Catholic traditions of baptism and First Communion, but my family was never really involved in religion, beyond believing in God .

During my early teenage years, I considered myself an agnostic , Although I believed God might exist...my doubts, questions, and the lack of evidence of His existence kept me on the fence.

However, since 2024, I've been on a journey to build a relationship with God, define my beliefs, and grow spiritually .

I'll most likely share more about my spiritual journey with you on my blog, too.

Let's Speed Things Up a Little!

-I'm 19 years old, and my birthday is November 4th.

-I'm currently studying Human Resources.

-I love studying languages! My native language is Spanish, I currently have a B2 level in English, and I'm getting organized so I can start learning French.

-I have two cats, Lana y Zeus, and they're basically my babies.

-Some of my favorite things: Star vs. the Forces of Evil, Miraculous: Tales of Ladybug y Cat Noir, Monster High, Ever After High, Sanrio, My Little Pony, Disney Princesses, Disney Fairies, Barbie, Strawberry Shortcake, and Winx Club.

-Some of my favorite games are The sims 4, Stardew Valley, Minecraft, Roblox, Yandere simulator.

That's all for now! Honestly, it was fun doing a little coding , To be honest, it took three days to finish this post so I can only hope that, with practice, I'll keep getting better and better.

Thank you so much once again for visiting my blog, little angel!

  1. Aaaa eres de Costa Rica!! Pues llevo 6 años hablando y sigo estudiando el idioma y mi nivel es B1.4 (formalmente) pq en realidad empecé a tomar clases de español en 2020, pero las dejé en 2023 cuando estaba en nivel b1.1 pq quería spend my last year of high school fully con mis nenas without distractions. But it's not like I stopped connecting to the language y el idioma, todavía escuchando a reggaeton, viendo serie y vice versa pq antes de aprenderlo ya escuché a la musica primero asi que I more learned from just listening, watching, and leyendo chismes throughout "the break". Started learning this language by myself too before taking the class in the end of 2020. Solo decidí retomar el curse este año y hice a replacement test que me permitió continuar directamente en b1.2 sin tener que repetir todo el nivel anterior 💗 Encantada mi amorrr
